Principal's Message

I would like to welcome you and thank you for enrolling your child at L.H. carpenter Early Learning Center. I have been an educator for 30+ years and am blessed to have the support of an amazing staff of caring, talented educators that have helped me to create a unique educational environment specially tailored for our youngest scholars.

We feel that L.H. Carpenter is at the fore front of early education development. We strive to create a safe and passionate learning environment for all. Our rich curriculum will teach to the needs of each child, keeping in mind the different abilities and learning capabilities to ensure each child will reach their fullest potential. Our learning center will be a positive and safe environment that works alongside families to nurture and support. We believe in a strong community connection to create a sense of love and purpose within our world. L.H. Carpenter is dedicated to teaching academics, life skills, and self-love that will create strong and compassionate individuals.

Welcome to L.H. Carpenter!

Come participate in our Family Fun Nights! These are a few of the fun nights we have with our teachers.

Trunk or Treat:
Every year we have a trick or treat with our teachers. This is put on by our PTO and Mrs. Wilson, our Director. Throughout the month of October, we ask students to help us feed our monster with candy. We in turn will use the candy donations when the students come around to each teacher's display. Teachers dress up and decorate their rooms in a theme. They give students candy when they stop by to trick or treat. Students are also able to play a variety of Halloween games and get their picture taken in their costume. We hope you will join us on this fun evening in October!

Cookies with Santa:

Our second Family Fun Night is Cookies with Santa. Students can come and sit on Santa's lap and tell him what they wish to have for Christmas. Students play Christmas games, have cookies and milk, and take a family picture. It's a fun evening in December where it's cold outside.
